Description
A pack of two tubs of earmould impression material with silicone basis, for manual mixing.
For use with Oto-soft mixing slate and spatula and syringe (purchased separately - see Associated Items on right). The two materials are combined on a 1:1 ratio and mixed by hand until a uniform colour is achieved.
Mixing time: 30-45 seconds.
Setting time at body temperate: 5-6 minutes (less mixing
time).
Supplied as a pair of 660g tubs - one blue (base) and one white (catalyst).
Shore hardness: 30
Please note: these items are not for use by unqualified individuals or for use at home. Taking ear impressions can be dangerous if you do not know what you are doing!
Details
Caution: Deviations from the working temperature indicated will influence the setting characteristics of the material. The two components should not be brought into contact with each other before mixing. Latex gloves should not be worn.
Storage: Protected from light at a room temperature of 23ºC, relative humidity +/- 50%.
