The Bellman and Symfon wrist receiver is for use with the Bellman Visit home system and lets you know via discreet gentle vibrations when someone rings the doorbell, calls the telephone, when your baby needs you or if the fire alarm should trigger. (Transmitters sold separately)

Worn like a regular wristwatch, the wrist receiver features clear icons that light up in different colours, making it easy to identify an alert. You can fully customise the alerts within your home, depending on what transmitters you buy. So for instance, you could simple have a doorbell transmitter - and each time this is pressed, you will receive a gentle alert via the wrist receiver.

The wrist receiver is supplied with a silicone wristband that is kind to the skin and can be worn like a regular wristwatch as well as an alternative fabric wrist band.

The charger has a battery backup feature in case of a power cut and you can plug a Bellman Visit bed shaker into it, which you can place under your pillow or mattress so you are alerted if something happens during the night.

Our evaluation panel found the Visit wrist receiver to be light and comfortable to wear. We found the range not to be as long as the other Bellman Visit receivers however it should be ok for an average house. The vibrations are powerful enough so you notice them during the day but they are not as powerful as the Visit pager or vibrating pad which is included in this kit to wake you at night. The wrist receiver's gentle vibrations are designed so as not to surprise you into dropping something if they go off while you're holding a cup of tea!

The Bellman Visit range is great for anyone who is deaf or hard of hearing as it provides alerts via lights, sounds and vibrations, so you can immediately be notified whenever something happens that needs your attention in and around your home.
