Description
This vibrator is offered for wiring into a commercial integrated 24v dc building fire alarm system.
The vibrator pad is white, circular in shape, approx. 97 x 34mmwith a miniature 3 pin XLR plug and requires 24 volts dc. Current - 120mA nominal, 160mA max. With 4.8 metre lead. Typical DC resistance 158 Ohms.
Suitable for intermittent (test and alarm conditions) use. The units are suitable for alarm purposes where alarm or operator reset is undertaken when alarm conditions come into force. Damage may occur if the unit is left running for periods longer than 1 hour without reset. The units are not designed for continuous use.
Installation - the installer must ensure that the location chosen for the vibrator (e.g. under the pillow) is satisfactory to wake the user when it is operated.
