Description
The Mini Microphone 2+ is optimised for both one to one and group communication offering ultimate performance and flexibility. It is ideal for both the workplace and home use.
This portable and easy to use wireless clip-on microphone transmits speech and sound directly to your Cochlear Kanso/Nucleus 6/Nucleus 7/Nucleus 8/ Baha 4/Baha 5/Baha 6/Osia 2 sound processor/s in the following ways:
- from the built in microphones
- from the built in Telecoil, receiving audio from an 'T' induction loop system
- from an external radio aid receiver attached via the built in 3-pin Euro pin connector (such as the Roger X)
- from an external, analogue source (PC, laptop, TV, etc) connected via the built-in 3.5mm line-in connector
Versatile functionality for individual and group
situations.
Keep up with conversations in noisy places easily. Simply
clip the microphone on your companion’s clothes close to their
mouth or alternatively place horizontally on a table, where your
mini microphone 2+ automatically switches from directional mode to
omnidirectional mode to pick up the voices of multiple
speakers.
Hear speech clearly and directly through your sound processor.
With an operating range of up to 25m and a directional microphone for improved one to one communications you can take your microphone on car trips, walks or you can even lay it next to audio speakers for clear sound without noticeable delay.
Take advantage of plug-and-play audio streaming.
The Mini Microphone 2+ can also be used to stream other
sounds and music. It doubles as a plug-and-play streamer so you can
listen to your favourite songs, watch videos on your computer, or
talk with friends using online telephone services eg Skype.
The Mini Microphone 2+ can be paired with as many sound processors as you need. For example in a group setting, a Mini Microphone 2+ used by the speaker could be paired to each compatible sound processor worn by members of the group.

- Range of 25m (with clear line of sight)

Box includes: Mini microphone 2+, user manual, charger adapter, charging lead (micro USB), jack cable, pouch and neckstrap/lanyard
Note: Before you can use any of the Cochlear wireless accessories, they need to be paired to your sound processor/s. This is a simple process and can be done by the user.
Notes: The Mini Microphone 2+ is the only way of using a Roger system with a Baha 5 or 6, as the processor does not have a socket on it to allow any form of direct connection. Only one Mini Microphone 2+ can be used/connected to your processors - if you wish to use multiple transmitters we would suggest looking at a Phonak Roger system.
If you require a replacement/spare charger, part numbers 3PRUSB1 and 3PRUSB2 are compatible with the Mini Microphone 2+
